1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a Free 30-Day Return Policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return and receive a full refund. Return requests initiated after this 30-day window are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and protective seals fully intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice receipt).
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene, safety, and legal regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Opened or unsealed personal care items (such as cosmetics, skincare, or undergarments).
3. Return Fees & Restocking Charges
We believe in a completely transparent checkout and return process with zero hidden costs:
- Restocking Fees: We charge no restocking fees ($0.00) under any circumstances.
- Return Shipping Costs: Returns are completely free. If you need to return an item due to a change of mind, size mismatch, or because the product arrived damaged/defective, we will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team at info@bonjourmellbourne.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return meets our eligibility criteria, our support team will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.
- Please do not send items back to our physical address without receiving an RMA and prepaid label first, as unauthorized shipments cannot be processed.
5. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your return package arrives at our facility, it will be inspected by our warehouse quality control team within 2 business days. We will notify you via email as soon as your return has been received and approved for a refund.
- Approved Returns: The refund will automatically be issued back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Stripe).
- Refund Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. This timeline depends entirely on your bank or payment processor’s internal processing windows.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us at info@bonjourmellbourne.com within 48 hours. We will fast-track a replacement order or issue an immediate full refund at no extra expense to you.
