We offer a Free 30-Day Return Policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return and receive a full refund. Return requests initiated after this 30-day window are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at info@bonjourmellbourne.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return meets our eligibility criteria, our support team will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.
  4. Please do not send items back to our physical address without receiving an RMA and prepaid label first, as unauthorized shipments cannot be processed.

5. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your return package arrives at our facility, it will be inspected by our warehouse quality control team within 2 business days. We will notify you via email as soon as your return has been received and approved for a refund.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us at info@bonjourmellbourne.com within 48 hours. We will fast-track a replacement order or issue an immediate full refund at no extra expense to you.
