- Transit Time: 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration your package spends in transit with the carrier from our facility to your delivery location.

4. Order Tracking

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking status to update.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
We take full responsibility for your order while it is in transit.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging immediately and contact us at info@bonjourmellbourne.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
